Direct Buyer Process Overview
Buying directly from an owner is a straightforward process, ultiamtely we need a written offer (purchase agreement) signed and submitted via email to:

- Real Estate Attorney: We highly suggest hiring a local real estate attorney to help you cleanly construct an official Purchase Agreement. They work for a transparent flat fee and protect your direct financial interests cleanly.
- Independent Realtor: You can choose to retain a transaction broker or a transactional agent solely to process the clean paperwork for a minor flat fee.

If you aren’t interested in writing your own agreement or hiring a realtor or attorney to pull an official contract together and would prefer we write the purchase agreement we can certainly help with that.
